Qualified individual will possess a thorough understanding of aquarium husbandry. A comprehensive ability to identify freshwater, saltwater, coral and invertebrate species is required. The ability to identify common diseases and maladies affecting freshwater and marine organisms as well as an in depth understanding of aquatic filtration components, related equipment and system design is essential. The Service Technician is responsible for providing aquatic consultation, installation, maintenance, and relocation services. The successful management of all customer displays is the primary objective of the Service Technician. The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager.
